Julia Soto is the founder and CEO of The Gala Effect.

She is a certified professional Wedding and Event Planner from the Lovegevity Wedding and Event Planning Institute created by Ms. Cho Phillips. With years of experience in the event industry from gatherings to assisting with large-scale productions, we handle every detail with creativity and care.
Julia is passionate about planning, and designing events in different sectors of the industry providing customized event planning services for you and your vision.

Fun Fact - My Event Planning journey began with assisting my mother with my Quinceanera, than a couple years later by joining my Prom Planning Committee.
